I’m thrilled (and a little sad) to announce the release of the third and final book in my Sisters by Choice series—REDEMPTION on September 18. Well, probably last. I do have an idea for a fourth and final book rattling around in my brain, but it’s only an idea at the moment. Who knows if it will grow into a book?
Anyway…back to REDEMPTION.
Dictionary.com defines redemption as an act of atoning for a fault or a mistake; deliverance or rescue; deliverance from sin; salvation; atonement for guilt.
Wow! As I look at those definitions, I realize REDEMPTION is full of all sorts of redemption. No wonder that’s the title I chose.
The story begins with Patti not understanding why her twin, Jamie, continues to place herself in serious jeopardy time and time again. Jamie doesn’t understand either. Only that she needs to help others if and when she can no matter the danger to herself.
As the writer I know why, and I’ll share the secret with you. And don’t worry—I’m not spilling any secrets that will ruin the book for you!
Jamie is ashamed of things she’s done in her past. As a result she feels God can’t love her the way she is. So she seeks redemption by putting herself in dangerous situations to help other people.
But the redemption part of the story doesn’t stop there. Enrique, the tall, dark, and handsome FBI agent seeks redemption as well. From Jamie.
Then there’s the bartender Jamie meets on her quest to find a friend’s missing child. He’s trying to overcome a lifetime of criminal acts. More redemption.
And then there’s the father of the kidnapped child—who is the kidnapper! Talk about needing redemption.
Like I said, no wonder this book is named REDEMPTION.
To celebrate the release of REDEMPTION, I’m giving away a $25 Amazon Gift Card. But wait…there’s more! I always feel bad for the people who enter the contest but don’t win. So I’m also going to pick FIVE more lucky names to win a $5 Amazon Gift Card. Just the right amount to buy REDEMPTION! Just kidding, the winners can use it to buy whatever they wish. Contest ends October 18th!
Leave a comment here and you’ll be entered in the contest! Easy Peasy!
UNTIL NEXT TIME…GOD BLESS & GOOD READING!
It’s so nice of you to do this giveaway. I personally admire authors because they are creative enough to create a world out of nowhere. I wish I was that talented but I enjoy reading books so that’s okay haha. Keep creating 🙂
Daniela, I donn’t think it’s as much a talent as an acquired skill. If you love reading and books, you can become a writer if you want to put the time and effort in. Thanks for your kind words.
What you’ve shared about REDEMPTION certainly makes me want to read more! Wishing you much success!

I love these kind of stories. I love the title, REDEMPTION. I don’t know, it makes me want to get more into the story and see how it ends. Keep writing! If that idea of making a fourth book doesn’t leave you, you know what to do: Start working on the fifth! Ha 😉

Thanks so much. And I’m thankful to God for whatever talent He’s given me. I only hope I make Him smile in the way I use it.

I am so excited. I just started reading these books and they are so good. There are times when we have done something and needed redemption. I can definitely relate. Thanks for writing such good books.

Redemption is my testimony in one word. Sounds like a great book for me to read and tell others about! You are a new author to this reader/reviewer. Thank you for this giveaway opportunity, Lillian.
I think that can be said for most of us. God is good!
I haven’t read one of your books that I have not loved. This one really sounds like another good one. I will be looking forward to it’s release.
Thanks, Ann.
This sounds like a wonderful book to share with my teenagers. It’s so hard to make them understand the idea of redemption. Looking forward to reading the book.
Thanks so much.
I think we all feel unworthy at times, until we remind ourselves it’s only by God’s grace that we are worthy. REDEMPTION sounds like a must read! Thanks for sharing Lillian!
